LIFETIME AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
All watches sold and sourced by Very Special are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. All parts on the watches are deemed to be original unless otherwise stated. We only deal in original, factory-set watches and do not offer anything with aftermarket or custom work unless specifically noted.
VINTAGE / PRE-OWNED CONDITION
The majority of our watches and accessories are vintage and pre-owned and therefore sold as-is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of all items we sell to the best of our ability. Please read and examine all product pages carefully prior to purchase. Our high resolution product images should also be considered part of the description.
Due to the nature of manual winding or automatic watch movements, they are not as accurate as modern quartz. None of our watches are guaranteed water resistant.
As with all vintage items with decades of wear and use, regular maintenance and care is recommended and required to ensure their lasting reliability.
TWO-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY
Should your vintage watch need service, we include a two-year mechanical service warranty from the date of purchase. This covers time keeping and mechanical functions related to the movement but does not guarantee against misuse or accidental damage and makes no guarantee in accuracy or waterproofing as these are vintage items.
Our warranty may be voided by the following circumstances: internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch, modifications, attempted repairs or tampering by unauthorized third parties. Our warranty is non-transferrable.
PAYMENTS
Very Special accepts payments for watch purchases via bank wire transfer only with instructions provided upon sale. Please INQUIRE when you are interested in a watch.
Accessories and goods payments include all major credit cards and will be shown in your CART.
Buyers are responsible for any wire/bank wire transfer fees. No items will be sent prior to the receiving of funds.
TAXES
Florida buyers are subject to FL sales tax.
SHIPPING POLICY
FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all watch purchases. All watches are fully insured for the full value of the specific piece. All watches are sent via FedEx or Malca-Amit armored within one to two business days after funds have cleared.
International Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination. Very Special cannot under-declare any parcel shipping internationally.
Accessories and Goods can be shipped worldwide via options shown in your CART.
In the case that packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only upon the approval and payment of the insurance claim.
3-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD
All in-stock items come with a 3-day no questions asked inspection/return period, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not satisfied, please communicate this back to us immediately via a phone call or email to obtain a refund authorization before shipping the watch back to our Miami facility. No returns will be accepted after the 3-day inspection period ends. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUND & RETURN INSPECTION POLICY

If your return is accepted, watch must be returned in the exact condition it was received. Shipping is to be paid for by the buyer and must be sent with tracking via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. Buyer assumes all risks in shipping. International buyers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex and other high end watches to the U.S. from foreign countries and will be responsible for any taxed or customs fees potentially incurred.
To be eligible for a refund, watches will undergo an aesthetic and mechanical check performed by our watchmakers. Provided the watch is returned in the exact condition that you received it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping, banking fees, and insurance costs within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@veryspecial.watch.
All other items must also be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as specifically sourced watches by request, special order watches, or custom and personalized items.
